Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a subscription for my CCTV system?

No. We install systems that store footage locally on a hard drive or SD card. You can view your cameras remotely through a free app without paying any monthly subscription fees.

  • Can your alarms distinguish between a person and a pet?

We use "Pet Immune" sensors that ignore the movement of small animals while still detecting human intruders. This prevents your alarm from being triggered accidentally by your cat or dog.

  • What happens if my security system loses power?

Our alarm systems include a backup battery that keeps the system active during a power cut. Once the power returns, the system automatically recharges itself.
